Request for consent to collect personal data of applicants

         Science projects inspiring international collaboration and Engagement (SPIICE) Suraviwat School, Suranaree University of Technology would like to collect personal information of applicants for the purpose of applying to join the activity.

         Personal data collected includes name, surname, telephone number, etc. The data will be stored in a database system that is protected in accordance with the personal data security measures of Surawit School and has a data storage period of 1 year. Surawit School requests consent to collect personal data. Personal data will be used only for the above purposes.

         You have the following rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562:
(1) The right to access and receive a copy of personal data that Surawit School has collected, used, and disclosed;
(2) The right to request correction of your personal data to be accurate, complete, and up-to-date;
(3) The right to request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data;
(4) The right to request the suspension of the use of personal data;
(5) The right to object to the processing of personal data;
(6) The right to withdraw consent;
(7) The right to request the sending or transfer of personal data.
